Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IGNITE mobile application and the get-ignite.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by FORMA Studios ("FORMA Studios," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

What IGNITE is

IGNITE is a productivity app designed to help people start and follow through on tasks, including a freeze-rescue feature that offers a smaller action when you stall on a step.

Important — IGNITE is not medical care.

IGNITE is a productivity tool, not a medical device, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or care from a qualified provider. While it's designed with executive dysfunction in mind, using it does not treat or cure any condition. If you're struggling, please reach out to a licensed professional.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions, trial, and payment

IGNITE offers a 7-day free trial, after which it is a paid subscription: $14.99/month or $99.99/year.
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at the end of the free trial unless you cancel beforehand.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple under their policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to break, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, the flame element, and all related content, belongs to FORMA Studios. Your own task content remains yours; you grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the Service for you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FORMA Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
