Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FORMA Studios ("FORMA Studios," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the IGNITE mobile application and the get-ignite.com website (together, the "Service").
Information we collect
We collect only what the app needs to work:
- Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address through Firebase Authentication (a Google service) so we can sign you in and sync your data.
- Your activity in the app. Tasks you enter, focus sessions, your EFS score, XP, streaks, and similar in-app data are stored in Firebase Firestore so your progress is saved across devices.
- Diagnostic and crash data. We use Sentry to capture errors and crashes. This may include device type, operating system, app version, and technical details about the error so we can fix bugs.
- Push notification tokens. If you enable notifications, we store a device token (via Apple Push Notification service) so we can send reminders and rescue prompts. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
- Subscription status. Subscriptions are handled by RevenueCat and the Apple App Store. We receive whether you have an active subscription. We never see or store your payment card details — Apple processes all payments.
- On-device storage. Some preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
How we use your information
- To provide the core Service — saving your tasks, tracking progress, and running the freeze-rescue feature.
- To send notifications you've opted into.
- To diagnose problems, fix bugs, and improve the app.
- To manage your subscription and account.
We do not use your task content for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services we rely on
The Service uses these providers, each with their own privacy practices:
- Google Firebase (authentication, database) — Firebase Privacy
- Sentry (crash and error reporting) — Sentry Privacy
- RevenueCat (subscription management) — RevenueCat Privacy
- Apple (App Store payments, push notifications) — Apple Privacy
How we share information
We don't sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above, only to the extent needed to run the Service, or when required by law.
Data retention
We keep your account and activity data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it by law.
Your choices and rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us at info@get-ignite.com. You can disable notifications in your device settings and manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account.
Children's privacy
IGNITE is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including the security infrastructure of the providers above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
